Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit
- With two parchment-lined baking sheets, spread the carrots and peas on one and the blueberries on the other
- Bake these for two hours or until crispy
- Over medium-high heat on a stovetop, heat the popcorn kernels in a pot with a fitted lid, taking them off once the popping slows to around a few seconds
- After allowing everything to cool, combine all the ingredients and serve up
No-Bake Granola Bars

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup low sodium peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- ½ cup apple, diced
Instructions
- To soften the chia seeds, soak them in 2 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes where they will absorb most of the water
- Mix the peanut butter and oats together until combined
- Stir in the softened chia seeds, coconut, and apple
- Transfer the mixture into an 8×8 lined baking dish and flatten
- Refrigerate the dish for 30 minutes to an hour before cutting it into granola bar-sized pieces
Potato Jerky

- Coconut oil
- 1-2 medium to large sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat oven 225 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grease a wire rack with coconut oil and place it on a baking sheet
- Clean the sweet potato and cut in half lengthwise, then into thin slices
- In a bowl, coat potato slices with ground turmeric
- Once fully coated, lay the strips onto the wire rack
- Bake for three to five hours until the desired crispness
- Let cool and serve

- Fresh ginger
- 3-5 peppermint leaves
Instructions
- Peel and slice six quarter-inch-thick pieces of ginger
- On a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the ginger and 2 cups of water to a simmer and steep for twenty minutes
- Once steeped, strain the mixture
- Add full mint leaves and refrigerate for at least an hour
- Remove the mint leaves and transfer them to a bottle to bring along
